Tallulah Couture collars are hand crafted and therefore unique one off designs. Items may vary slightly from the pictures. This is the charm of the item as you will never have another exactly like it.
Tallulah Couture collars usually take up to about a week to make. Special requests may take a little longer if specific or unusual items are requested. As I am sure you will appreciate, your hand crafted collar will be worth the wait. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We will keep you informed if the delivery time will be longer than usual.
Delivery - For UK only - standard postal delivery- 3-5 working days. £2.75 per item - For non-UK - £5 per item. Collection of item can be made from Bexleyheath, Kent
For online sales, payment is via Paypal only. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of item. Cheques can be accepted but will take 5 working days to clear from receipt, which may add a delay to dispatch of your item. please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque.
Tallulah Couture collars are hand crafted fashion wear. They are unsuitable for rough active use. If you can think of them as an item of jewellery that you would treat carefully and take off a night. Clean gently with a damp cloth. We hand sew the decorative elements onto our collars using high tensile transparent nylon cord.
If your little ones decide to chew / tug / play with a Tallulah Couture collar and it gets damaged, I can make simple repairs. However, there will be a small charge, price on application.
With care, a Tallulah Couture collar can last a lifetime.
Cancellation /refund policyWe hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, you may cancel your order within seven working days following your receipt of the goods . If you wish to cancel then it must be in writing (email accepted) You must return the goods if you cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations and the return must be at your expense. You must take reasonable care of the goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or bespoke items unless they are not of satisfactory quality We endeavour to process refunds/exchanges as soon as possible (no later than 30 days). If any product we supply is not of satisfactory quality or not as described we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. repair, replacement, or refund. Please notify us as soon as possible.
